  1. Order Cancellation:
    • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team(helpdesk@readandbeyond.com) as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
    • Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy for further assistance.
  2. Returns and Refunds:
    • We offer a 10-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
      • The item(s) must be in unused, undamaged, and resalable condition.
      • The original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and labels, must be intact.
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team(helpdesk@readandbeyond.com), who will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
    • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
    • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  4. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Certain items are non-refundable, including:
      • Custom-made or personalized items.
      • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
      • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
  6. Exchange:
    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
